One positive thing came from Covid. The ability to perform Telehealth and Virtual Doctor Visits.

The government has worked together with the FDA and DEA. As a result, telehealth and virtual visits are easier for everyone. Now, our patients can now go to a lab close to them for blood work. Test results are received within 3-4 business days. After results are received, the virtual Dr. visit will be scheduled. The Body Concepts and Wellness team will take great care of you whether you are seen through telehealth or in the office.

At your telehealth visit, the doctor will review your test results. In addition, he will discuss your personal treatment plan with you. After that, he will order your treatment. The pharmacy will ship medications directly to your front door. Finally, patients start treatment within 1 week of their virtual doctor visit.

Firstly, to begin the process of a telehealth doctor visit, contact the office by phone. Secondly, let a team member know you would like to be a new telehealth patient. After that, a team member will create a portal account for you. Then, you will receive an email invitation to access your portal account. Finally, you can enter the portal and enter your medical information.

Otherwise, click the link in your invitation to enter the portal and complete your information.
